They are a certified commercial merchant marine, and boat safety instructor in the USA, with recreational boating certifications in three nations, commercial boating licenses in two nations, and helped create the national water safety action plan in the USA.

The service-provider is not responsible or liable for any damage to your vessel. You hereby agree to release, waive, hold harmless, and discharge the service-provider (and his or her heirs and next of kin) from any and all liabilities for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or part.
